Daemon.be is the research "vehicle" which Laurens Vets and myself founded in January 2001. We were later joined by Gunter Luyten. The goal of Daemon.be is to perform research in the field of information security. In addition to this, Daemon organizes and manages a global network which is used for web hosting. We are not a commercial organization, but do offer secure hosting services at cost.
